⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience here! From beginning to end, ISAIAS and VICTORIA were phenomenal. The customer service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly patient and took the time to sit with me and help transfer everything from my old phone to my new one. The transfer ended up taking quite a while, but I never once felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. What really stood out to me was how personable everyone was. They kept great conversation going, were friendly and welcoming, and made the entire process enjoyable. They were also extremely knowledgeable and had excellent sales skills without ever making me feel pressured into purchasing anything. It’s rare to find customer service where you genuinely feel like the people helping you care about your experience and aren’t just trying to get you in and out the door. I truly appreciated their patience, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was completely taken care of before I left. I walked out extremely happy with my new phone and even happier with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future.
