First time getting a phone and data plan in the United States of America. Metro is amazing since no credit check, mostly. It does depend on certain promotions and deals if you need something specific but so far not much hassle. As for staffs, they are kind and patient, but it would be better for there to be two or more employees. The time I visited was Friday which means it is more busy yet there was only one person available at the store, it was fine since I am very patient. I'd recommend to call Metro by the phone (If possible) since certain stores may have only specific phones in stock so keep an eye for that. I also wanted an A36 since I recommend those who needs a phone to do many things to choose it or even A37 but they aren't that much different. I can only recommend A16 or A17 for basic uses, since they are slow and can stutter occasionally. Anyways, the store itself was clean and maintained properly. Could use more staff members than just one person. Wish that Metro would supply their stock more often since most might only have A16 or A17 when it comes to Samsung, unsure of other brands. Overall, it was good. Not perfect but good. View on Google

Ramon helped set me up with a new phone, case, and screen protector. It's not his usual store but was still super nice, professional, and helpful! Even had a grumpy customer come in while my stuff was loading, and though she had to wait I think he handled it like a complete professional. Their tablets with data suck. The good news is while it took 5 times to talk to someone in live chat meaning AI is really wanting us replaced I asked if a worker could remove my tablets data plan because it is so slow when running anything. It took them by asking me why I want to remove the plan which they respected why/they understood and offering me cheaper plans to remove it I said no thank you to all questions until they removed it. Now I'm not having to pay for crap data on the tablet just my phone, so live chat works you just have to be pushy with AI to get through to someone until you do it just takes patience. View on Google
