What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Alejandro is awesome. It was 5 minutes before closing, and just like any other job, the employees want to go close up and go home. Well... not in this case. I came in 5 minutes before closing with my laptop and phone. Alejandro right away greeted me with welcoming. So I asked him if he had time to show me how to use my hotspot from my phone, so I can have internet for the laptop. Alejandro is so patient and there for the customers. I recommend this store.
