    Metro turned my phone off the beginning of the month after paying my bill....I went in to the Northeast Metro to find out what the problem was...Alyssa was who I dealt with, and it was a very pleasant and appreciated experience! She contacted several people within Metro to find out why this has happened... And although it was shady stuff on Metro's end, we were able to find out what had happened... I hate to see the negative reviews on this worker, from people who clearly don't understand or have compassion for the working parent's today!! View on Google
