Today at Best Buy, I bought a new blue unlocked Samsung Galaxy A17 5g phone. I then stopped by my local Metro by T-Mobile store to activate it. I was glad to see Rickey there, as he has helped me before while I was researching which Samsung phone would be my best upgrade. Rickey is knowledgeable, very efficient and professional. He skillfully activated my new A17 phone and transferred all data and contact info from my older Samsung A13. Then, at my request, he re-activated my A13 with a new sim keeping all its data and contact info intact (it's now, my 2nd line & backup phone). At each step of the process, for each phone, he showed me and/or explained what he had done. Rickey is easy-going, patient, detail oriented and very thorough. I walked out of the store very pleased and satisfied. Rickey has excellent customer service skills and is definitely an asset to Metro by T-Mobile. View on Google
