This review is for the cool rep Sariena. She receny assisted me as I became a new customer with Metro PCS. She has a fantastic attitude and she surprised me with her knowledge of each phone option I had to choose from. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service. The store itself should expand as there are only two reps that can work at a time at this small location so that can slow things down. But she did great as more customers walked in for help.
