If I could give Latasha ten stars, I would! My experience today started out incredibly stressful and frustrating, and I walked into the store completely frazzled. If I can add anything it should not be a policy to force Metro employees to help migrate over loyal customers to T-Mobile. A representative at the Clinton store did this to us today and we were absolutely scammed. We use these phones to run and operate our business and had to spend 7 hours getting back to Metro PCS.
While other locations or reps might have just gone through the motions, Latasha stepped up and completely saved our butts. Her customer service is second to none—she stayed calm, professional, and actually took the time to fix the mess we were dealing with. It is so rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind when a customer is having a rough day.
If you need anything at MetroPCS, do yourself a favor and go to the Oak Ridge location on Illinois Avenue to see Latasha. She is the gold standard of what a representative should be. Thank you again, Latasha!

I was fed up with Cricket's awful customer service and then had a nightmare trying to port my number to Straight Talk at Walmart—the lady there had no idea what she was doing, and Straight Talk support was useless. They kept saying Cricket flagged the info as wrong (it wasn't) so I canceled it and walked out frustrated.
Went to the Metro store in Oak Ridge and Janae and Latasha were awesome! Super patient, knew exactly what they were doing, and ported both my numbers from Cricket in no time. The whole process was quick and easy. They set me up with two free Moto Edge phones (one for me, one for my girlfriend) and talked me into a third line with a free Samsung A17 for my business. Also mentioned a great tablet plan I might grab soon.
I added insurance since it covers lost and stolen phones and that's a pretty good deal. The only downside was that the store had no cases for the Moto Edge in stock (would've snagged red and pink ones if they had 'em).
After all the headaches with Cricket and Straight Talk, these two made switching a breeze. I'm stoked to be with Metro now. Janae and Latasha killed it. Corporate needs to see this! Give them a raise and throw in a pizza party. Best service I've had in forever. 10/10 recommend this spot!
