Coverage and services are not available everywhere. Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. Metro customers may notice reduced speeds vs. T-Mobile customers due to network prioritization. Video streams in SD. You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available. Home Internet eligibility is determined at the household level. Household eligibility is based off network capacity, which is expanding all the time, but can also change as more customers join Home Internet. Check availability.

What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization.
