You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Went in for an upgrade and left with an outstanding experience. The store was clean and the phones and accessories displayed well. The salesperson Ruby was probably the best customer service experience I've had in recent memory. No pressure, asked questions and was generally happy to help.
