You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. The young gentleman who helped me and has helped me many times when I have visited the store is the best worker I've ever dealt with and he deserves that recognition Orland Metro Is awesome! My only complaint is that they get their new number on the Google site when it gives you the hours he finally gave it to me in the store but Metro should have the right number on its website cuz it makes it difficult if you don't know the number to call. One thing I really like is if ya phone gets turned off you wont have like a 20 dollar fee or more.. and there phones are nice .so what you waiting for?? Oh and there food places next door 😁 View on Google
