I own a small business and we needed a device and a line for an employee Mike was right there to help us out we also have acquired a tablet from them we are going to use for our customer's paying with credit cards tomorrow I'm going to add a fourth line it will lower my monthly bill of about $150.00 per month to around $100 dollars and I'll get that new or new to me Razor phone for free !! I would like to thank the young lady that works there or is one of the owners or family of the owner I was having a terrible day and just couldn't remember my screen password for 30 minutes she waited patiently for me to regroup and helped me as soon as I ready. Metro is a great company but they limit the power of the store owners by having to do everything on their app I'm kinda of use to it now its not bad but I still have to visit the store tomorrow to pick up a phone before the one I have presently either burns my leg till I have to go to the hospital or sets my truck ofire so we'll see what happens until then I give them five stars or more if I could thanks Mike thanks unknown young lady.
