Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I went into this store to close all of my accounts with Metro because of the awful, unprofessional and completely disgusting treatment myself and my 75 yr old mother who just finished chemo and has early onset dementia. The "manager", AJ, who works at the Metro location on University next to Burger King and Papa Murphy's is someone I hope no one else ever has to deal with the way I did regarding my mom. Now, THIS location is like walking into a completely different world! ROSA, the woman who helped us, is absolutely wonderful! Patient, listens, kind, respectful, professional and everything you'd want from someone you're doing business with...especially when you have a mother who is sick and going through these life changes. I can't thank Rosa enough! They need to give her a raise. View on Google
