You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Bought a speaker and didn’t work went the next day to exchange it and they said the manager was not available to come back on Monday went again on Monday and still no manager so they told me to go to a different store where the manager was, once I got there the manager stated she couldn’t refund or exchange $80 jbl speaker . So I’m basically stuck with a broken speaker and $80 down the drain. I read the receipt and it states all devices or accessories can be refunded within 14 days and they still failed to honor it!
