My parents are not computer and cellphone savvy and do not know how to leave reviews which is the reason they asked that I leave this review. They went to this store for help with their new phones and was helped by Carlos Negron. My mother could not stop saying wonderful things about him. He is knowledgeable at his job, has patience with senior citizens and did not make they feel silly for not understanding the simplest features for their new phones.
