    I’ve been with Metro since 2016, and I had one of my best experiences yesterday thanks to Ali at this location. I was using an old phone, and Ali helped me upgrade to a new one and patiently assisted with transferring all my data. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
