    I recently visited this store after losing my phone, and I honestly felt completely hopeless. Thankfully, Oscar went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me in getting a new phone set up and, most importantly, helped me recover all my contacts and even my Facebook account. His patience, professionalism, and dedication truly made a stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you, Metro, for having such outstanding employees.
