    TL:DR: Metro has amazing customer service! Full version: From the start my relationship with Metro was rocky after a misunderstanding about an online-only promotion which I went to the store to get but did not recieve. I explained I went to the store since my current internet was not working I had no way to obtain this deal. An initial complaint to their Facebook page connected us to Francisca with their Customer Care team who went above and beyond to fix this issue and provide a plan which fit my needs and was equivalent to what I wanted. Upon arriving at the store for Home Internet, Khan was amazing with his customer service skills and provided me key info on how to save money and worked with my budget, even when it came to paying in the store. Metro has become a fan of mine so far with their clear actions and service for their awesome customer retention. I highly recommend them! View on Google
