    I recently stopped by Metro pcs at the 1363 Hancock st. Location. I was met with a direct, yet patient customer service representative by the name of Swathy. Although I have been dealing with Metro for years now this has been one of the more productive visits I have had to date. Swathy went out of her way to help get into my account, troubleshoot some issues with my account, and also helped me by going above and beyond to get some past billing statements printed as part of a verification process. Her due diligence in performing her duties as a customer service representative was on point but also accompanied by unparalleled "out of the box" thinking to relieve a tad bit of stress I had walking through the door.
