    Assisted with lowering my plan and remove any extra add on which I had been paying since a really long time Called so many times to customer service to fix the issue but never got any proper response but it was finally fixed today...took a little bit of time at store but I was able to get everything fixed Impressive View on Google

    The staff, Sam, was very helpful. First when I went in to switch from Verizon. Then when I went in to set up Auto Pay. Then when I went in to set up My Metro account. Sam was very patient with me and with several other people as well. Also, I went to check on something in my account after I had worked all night. Sam saw I was exhausted and gave me a water to drink. Sam went above and beyond. A++++ View on Google
