Google Review I woke up early this morning to find my phone stuck in SOS mode. I went to a Metro by T-Mobile store nearby, but unfortunately, the associate I spoke with was not very helpful. She told me I needed to take my phone back to where I purchased it, even though I had switched from another provider to Metro by T-Mobile and was simply using my existing phone. I ended up driving 30 minutes to another Metro by T-Mobile location, and I’m SO glad I did! Angelica provided excellent customer service. She helped me set up my account PIN and got my phone out of SOS mode—all by making a quick 10-minute call to Metro by T-Mobile customer support. Angelica was knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to help me resolve the issue. I will definitely be going back to her if I have any future problems or when I’m ready for a new phone.
