You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I got a phone from the really cool guy working there. I was told it would be 65 a month and my phone says it's 75$ this immediately reminded me how T mobile is shiesty. I don't like being tricked. I will not pay and they will just cut my phone off. Hope it's worth it. View on Google

I highly recommend this location. When I visited, I needed help getting a temporary phone for a friend in the hospital, and Sharif was incredibly patient and friendly. We chatted while waiting for the phone to activate, and he very very generously gave me a free set of nice headphones as a gift for my friend in the hospital! My friend and I are both extremely grateful for Sharif's help and kindness. Sharif deserves a raise! View on Google
