You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I went in to the store Friday I was having some trouble with my phone. The young lady told me that I just need to get anothet phone that was nothing she could do. I went back in to the store today Monday Sept the 4th 2023 and Alxe help me out with my phone she told me that I had it on a different setting.
