You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I've been a Metro customer for years, and I can say that sometime it can be annoying dealing with issues. But today I dealt with a very nice gentleman, Cody. He was extremely informative with helping me with changing my device and making sure everything was moved over from my old phone. Because I was really scared that it wouldn't come over. But he did an amazing job. I'll be back again to get that new razr soon! View on Google
