Day six, another tech came out, jostled the fiber like I have been doing, said it was good to go "again" internet is out, they won't replace the modem despite tech support telling them twice.
Got a good tech support finally, and was sent someone to correct.
Also, your call center is terrible, I've worked in call centers so I am not exaggerating anything, but no headphones and other agents screening....terrible, and you cant hang up because you have already been waiting 1.5 hours.

This store is by far the best! I want to give a special shoutout to AJ—he’s absolutely amazing. AJ remains professional and focused on helping customers.
He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, double-checking the details and doing whatever it takes to assist every person who walks through the door. Even when there’s a language barrier, he pulls out his phone to use Google Translate—he genuinely wants to understand and help. I even saw him practicing Spanish once, which shows just how dedicated he is to giving his best to every customer.
The new team is fantastic—super friendly and welcoming. Even though they’re still learning, they make me feel confident and well taken care of. I have no plans to switch providers unless things go back to how they used to be before this amazing new team stepped in.
To everyone working there: You truly deserve a raise and a livable wage. You do so much for your customers, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you!
