    My phone was damaged. No hassle at all. They did all the foot work. Had my phone replaced through insurance for reasonable deductible. Much cheaper than buying a new. Appreciate all they did and there guidance and help. View on Google

    Went in hoping to fix the problem with my phones connection issues, knowing full well that it is a sales location, NOT a phone repair place. The hope was I just needed a new Sims card since mine is years old and hopefully the problem. The one person working there was trying before a storm of other customers came a couple minutes into our attempt to get my phone back to normal operation. After a couple minutes of them waiting and her getting flustered (and calling reinforcements) she got in contact with their corporate customer service people and I offered to talk to them so she can handle the other people waiting. Customer service still couldn't help even with a couple holds to talk to their supervisor. Right before me giving up, someone the employee called got their to help and managed to fix my phone. It was part luck, but mostly these employees determination to try. Thank you both so much. View on Google
