What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. This is HANDS DOWN the best metro i have ever been to. The woman working has fair prices and always has a great attitude! Unfortunately she has to deal with an irate customer while i was there, but she kept a positive attitude, got bill payments out quickly and still gets us a great deal. I got 2 phones and she even threw in a free case. I will be transferring to this metro indefinetly. Kitty is a great store leader. We as customers need to do better. Keep up the good work. I stopped by today and it was very busy but I waited in line and got my internet and phone back on relatively smoothly. Despite being busy, the service at this Metro PCS store was excellent. For only one woman Kitty, efficiently managed the crowd and provided attentive assistance. Kudos to Kitty and her team for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction!
