You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Horrible I called no.extension so it Was not explained to me why I thought Once a month then stupid operator will not let you speak to an agent until your payment is made I call that blackmail I will never ever refer anybody to Metro by t mobile I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau. So my advice find somebody for your cell phone company carrier View on Google

They let me charge my dead phone when I was stuck and needed to call an Uber. Homeboy even let me borrow his fast charger. They acted like they thought I was going to pull out a gun or something but I didn’t care I needed my phone charged and I was thankful they helped out. View on Google
