What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

The lady who helped me today when I went for a question was amazing and very knowledgeable with great customer service skills, unlike the rude one on 2902 goliad. She had patience with me with my questions, and with her help, I was able to get a refund over the phone. It was a lot of back and fourth with other representatives from calling 3x and going to 2 stores. Pretty much took up my whole day, but I will definitely be back to this store. View on Google
