    Initially my visit was to inquire about either having my device serviced or replaced as there was a no battery charging issue I was experiencing the store was fairly quiet the associate was with a customer as I entered and acknowledged me as I entered making eye contact long story short he was very approachable and can communicate with the hispanic community as well he's pretty amazing and very helpful, he showed me a couple of handsets and explained what was available or and even offered ways of paying,he's a role model of what customer service should be like.
