    I was super thankful to Martin for helping me out. Even though he struggled for a little with me old phone. But he continued to trouble shoot and we finally got it resolved. Was able to get a new phone thanks to all his hard work. View on Google

    Martin was awesome. He really know how to do his job and has great customer service skills. We visited his store to get my mother’s phone upgraded and get a senior discount. He was able to get us over to T-Mobile for the senior discount and a new phone for no extra charge. My mother received her phone a couple days later and when she tried to activate her phone and get it completely transferred she went into the Austin Hwy location and they refused to help her. We called Martin and he said that even though she should have been helped at any Metro location that he would gladly help us get everything taken care of. We went in and he was able to help us in a matter of 15 min top. Martin thank you so much for going above and beyond to help your customers. Definitely recommend this store on Potranco. Sadly I can’t say the same for the other location. View on Google
