You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I walked to Metro by Mobile at the Gardendale Location. Valerie saw me as I walked in out of breath, she offered me a bottle of water & brought up a chair for me to rest. I''m a 73yr old senior citizen anxious to change out Sim cards in my cell. Valerie showed me what she was doing , she was very friendly & personable. She was gracious to waive the activation charge. She told me the reason my original Samsung probably didn't charge due to the fast charger box. Sure enough this wonderful lady was right. Two days later I returned to the store her associate assisted me within minutes this young lady switched out the Sim card again waiving the activation fee. Intelligent young personable ladies were at my service. I still need to pick up a fast charger however my cell chargers slowly but it chargers. These young ladies are very compassionate, friendly, their customer service is excellent. I strongly recommend Metro by TMobile on Gardendale. You will have a wonderful experience. View on Google

Very friendly staff. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but I went in for a tmobile Tuesday item and managed to get the last one. Chatted with him about the differences between metro and plain tmobile. He was super knowledgeable and informative. View on Google
