You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Broke my phone and couldn't access any of my information so I went in and was helped by the nicest person I've met in decades. To say she was a huge help would be an understatement. (It's kinda hard to switch phones when you can't read the confirmation text.) She figured out how to access my account and get me a new phone. Honestly, She treated it as if it was her own problem. WOW! I went there and an employee named Hannah helped me out! We couldn't find my son and she did everything in her power to get us phone records and call customer service on our behalf because we're having a hard time with them! Quite literally one of the best employees I've ever come across! She treated our problem like it was her problem and helped us out. I just wanted to say thank you and I will be going to that location from now on! Good job hi Anna thank you so much! Are somewhere on a fishing trip and it ended up that he was in a dead zone.
