You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

This location, particularly the manager, Mrs. Sims works and fights for her customers in ways that I have never seen. This is the MetroPCS store that you want to visit in Sherman. Do not visit the MetroPCS on the Texoma Parkway! They suck really bad, and they lie. But this store is absolutely the best with the best staff with the best possible customer service that I've ever seen. View on Google

I came to the store yesterday to get an upgrade and the manager talked me out of getting the damn phone while the black lady was trying to assist me. She spoke to me in a tone that I didn't like so I left. I came back today and luckily the black lady remembered me and knew exactly what I wanted and she explained my insurance deductible to me but I decided to just get the upgrade. My experience with her was pleasant and I thank her so much for her just being kind. Fyi just cause you're a manager doesn't mean you get be rude. View on Google
