You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. Metro by T-Mobile on Shreveport Barksdale hwy is where I took my newly purchased pad bought online and the representative put my SIM card in and was very respectful and professional the whole entire time it wasn't working and Mr. Rian Armstrong was kind enough to keep on trouble shooting. I appreciate that very much because kindness goes a long way in business. I am always happy to leave a review for a person that cares about his customers satisfaction. Great customer service.
