    I was in need due to an unforeseen situation that left my phone along with my son’s phone floating,a flood in Shreveport! A certain area called north highlands. Red tape was everywhere until I contacted a manager named Ms Gipson. Top notched customer service and I’m in the business so I know it when I see it. I’m super appreciative of the painless and positive setup and clarity that was given !!! 11 stars out of 10 for me!!!! View on Google
