    Well I was having a bad day already and out of nowhere my phone freezes yikes so I panic and drove fast to metro PCs on summer Ave in Springfield and I met by the sweetest young lady I believe heee name was Viviana she stay calmed tries to assist with frozen phone ,that didn't work but the young lady never broke a sweat nor did she give up on helping me very professional and kind made my day!
