    Great customer service by Mark and Mike at the MetroPCs on Hill and Reynolds Avenue. They were very professional, gave exceptional service, and I would go back to upgrade with them or for more customer advice anytime. I did not appreciate the way I was jerked around by their overseas management having to come into the store 3 times in order to get my account credited after being a customer for 5+ years. However, those two were great and I think they were both great salesman. Sheila the regional supervisor who granted my credit was AMAZING as well. Handled the situation the way it should’ve been handled in the first place. The people whoever Mike and Mark had to call overseas (their customer service GBS whoever) was terrible. Mike and Mark were exceptional at dealing with the situation and making sure it got handled View on Google
