When you go to Metro, If you in Union City go to the one by Kroger, then you have to ask for Kimmy. It is 2026 and I didn't think great customer service was still a thing. Kimmy was very sweet and knowledgeable. I had just hot off of work, and came cause I needed a new phone. She made the process seamless got me in and out even though someone was there before me. Holding things down by her self, She was handling me and other customers, smoothly at the same time, with a genuine smile. She also did her company right, and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse but what I got in return was a free upgrade, a free case, screen protector, and some wire less head phones! Man you better get up in here! If your phone bill is over $100 with one line, you have no excuse. $50 one line with autopay View on Google
