    The Metro by T-Mobile in the Hannaford Plaza, Utica, is the best phone store I’ve been to! The customer service here is incredible—the staff are welcoming, patient, and really go above and beyond to help. They took the time to show me different devices, explain the plans in detail, and made sure I found something that fit both my needs and budget. When I picked my phone, they set it up right there in the store, transferred all my information, and walked me through everything step by step so I didn’t leave confused. The device works great, the service has been reliable, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. It’s rare to find a store where you don’t feel rushed or pressured, but here they actually care about making sure you’re satisfied. If you need a new phone or plan, I highly recommend stopping at this Metro location in Hannaford Plaza—you won’t be disappointed! View on Google

    Amazing experience at the Metro by T-Mobile in Utica Plaza! The customer service here is top-notch—everyone is super friendly, patient, and really knows their stuff. They helped me find the perfect device and made sure I understood all the features before I left. The service has been reliable and affordable, and they went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a store where the staff truly cares about the customer, but this location nails it.
