    Had several phones swapped do to kid breaking them never had problems till now over charging for phone swap. Charging for deactivating phone number to reactivate phone number on top of the normal swap charge other stores charge $25 for the swap and $10 for a sim card if needed charging $20 to deactivate. Never had a deactivate fee before ******* UPDATE ***** There was a miscommunication and the proble was resolved with , a couple of phone calls and everything has been fixed. Thanks for reaching out on the matter. Learning lesson for all of us. View on Google
