    I had a really great experience at this store. I’ve visited many stores in Houston, but none have taken care of customers the way this one does. The staff truly understand what customer service is. They helped me set up my Wi-Fi box, offered me T-Mobile gifts, and I received a gift for the first time in my three years with Metro. The store also gave me a gift and helped me get a tablet and Wi-Fi at a cheaper price. I highly recommend this store for their excellent service and friendly staff. View on Google

    I had a pool mishap with my phone over the Memorial Day Weekend and I came to the nearest Metro store for help. Ricky did a phenomenal job helping me find a phone within my budget and getting me back on track. He even helped me find promos that I had available to save me even more money. If you need a new phone or you find yourself in a phone crisis, I can't recommend Metro PCS and Ricky any more highly View on Google
