This is the only Metro store that I will shop at when I need a new phone. Today I walked in there needing two new phones one for myself and one for my boyfriend. We both within a week broke our phones and Muhammad made the experience so pleasant and he had a great sense of humor. He explained everything extremely well. I've been with Metro for about 20 years now and he explained things that I never knew in the whole 20 years that I have been with Metro. I walked in there on a budget and he did everything you could to make sure I got what I was looking for within that budget and I really really appreciate that he told me that he had only been at that store for a few days, I'll tell you what he definitely does not seem new he seems very experienced and I definitely will be coming back to him next time I need phone. And I absolutely love my phone it's way better than the last one that I had and I got a way better deal on it I'm very happy with that. And got me a tablet for free so I make sure me happy about that. Thank you so much for making my phone shopping experience painless for my pocket and thank you for your awesome customer service.
