    Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store today! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were incredibly informative and took the time to answer every single one of my questions without making me feel rushed. The gentleman that helped was quick with the process and even made sure the phone was working properly before I left the store! It’s rare to find such, special, dedicated people in customer service. This happened to be the 5th store I visited today and no one in any of them would or could assist me with what I needed. It was an awesome surprise being treated with respect from the employees at the 616 12th Street location. Highly recommend this spot for all your cellular needs! 5 stars! View on Google
