    Karina is incredible!! I had an issue with someone stealing my phone and they actually took my number and started a new account with my phone and phone number, even after I had security locks on my account! Karina was able to help me get my account straightened out and secured it so that there is no way this could happen to me again. I appreciate her help more than I can express. Thank you Karina!     First time at this Metro store and the lady working today 6/7/2026 is Absolutely AMAZING ❣️ I don't know if any of the other employees here are just as great but I'm new to the area and I came in with a HUGE issue and she is going above and beyond to help straighen this all out.
