Been a Metro customer for almost 2 decades and can say that Kam and Samba have been the best customer service ever, The manager Moe, employee Sarah and new employee Brian are all just awesome too, I'm actually convinced they aren't just CSRs but they are Earth Angels in disguise. The compassionate personalble service received on their team is unrivaled!! I come here for my wireless needs first even when there may be a bit of a wait it's worth it because you are getting thorough service done right and accuracy and politeness over swiftness is always best.
