What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Short version: Lorraine is a lifesaver. After going back and forth for a week on the phone & website with Metro's "Support", I went into this location as a last-ditch effort and was finally able to switch over to Metro. Lorraine listened to the long, pitiful story (lol) but she offered two solutions as soon as I was done talking--which I really appreciated--and she didn't miss a beat helping the other customers who came in. Because of her help, everything got fixed and I walked out the store a Metro customer. View on Google
