Dear ali thank you for your help and kindness,l. I had a wonderful experience at Metro by T-Mobile.he was very kind, patient and helpful with me. I was having trouble with my phone line, and the manager fixed the time to understand the problem and fixed everything for me I really appreciated how respectfully I was treated and how clearly everything was explained. It can sometimes be difficult for an older person like me to understand phone service and technology, but I never felt rushed or uncomfortable and uncleae. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and professional. I am very happy with the service in received and would definitely recommend this Metro by T-Mobile location to others.
