    I had an excellent experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was outstanding. The store was clean, organized, and the team made sure customers were helped quickly. A special shout-out to the sales rep — they were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all my options, answered every question clearly, and helped me choose the best plan and phone for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured, and their professionalism really stood out. Overall, I left the store extremely satisfied.
