    Man when I tell you I PRAYED I would get Vince when I got to the store because I had already read the great reviews on Google about him, and he did NOT disappoint!! I was having trouble transferring to my new device I got in the mail thru an insurance claim and customer service couldn't help me over the phone. He did it in 5 minutes tops. MetroPCS better be treating him good!! View on Google

    Vince I really appreciate the work you do I’ve went to a few different metro stores trying to get my phone activated and ready to go. Every store I went to not one person could get this phone to work. Vince and I took about 2 hours to figure out what the problem was but somehow he figured out how to get this phone running. It’s like he was made to do this work he is a miracle worker when it comes down to something in that store. He sure knows how to get the job done. Vince I really appreciate the work you do I’m not sure if I had anymore patients for this company until you proved me wrong. With all the bad conditions you guys have this man working with I really hope you give him what he needs in this store especially more security that’s a hard neighborhood but Vince knows how to weather the storm!
