    Long story short, I’m from Florida, got stranded in Bakersfield California with no phone and no money. I managed to find a local Metro store in which I met Satya and Nanci the agents at the store, I explained my situation and immediately they jumped in to assist. They first offered me a call to get in contact with my folks and did all the necessary verifications needed to access our account then went above and beyond to assist making the payment for my new phone. This may sound like not a big deal but when you’re stranded, with no phone and no cash in a unfamiliar place and the night is slowly approaching, it can be a terrifying feeling to not have your regular means of navigation and to do commerce. Satya and Nanci aided in my discomfort, they assured me that I’ll be fine and did everything possible to make sure I got a phone and granted me a few personal favors along with a bottle of water which I desperately needed — that I am deeply grateful for. Thank you guys, you have no idea how much you two have saved me that night. View on Google
