~The pinnacle of customer service~!!! I have been a Metro customer for several years and I can say with dignity and honesty that this is the best location and service that I've ever received maybe in my entire lifetime of navigating telecom, phone service companies, MVNOs and the like. I came in several different times and was never given run arounds; my needs were met every time whether it was for a new screen protector or a magnet compliant case. It was extremely refreshing to have been taken care of so well. Sam the in-store rep happens to have spent time in my hometown and is an absolute ace, he totally understands customer needs! He can quickly access their necessary systems for expedited service and proper updates, he even gave it to me straight about what he could do and guided me on how to phrase things, how to set up my plan and how to get my device exactly the way I wanted. When I lost my old metro phone I was devastated and he did (and I'm not exaggerating) literally all of the leg work to help me migrate to a new device smoothly. I was taken care of from top to bottom, even the store manager helped to make sure I got what I needed. I've witnessed other customers of various backgrounds and necessity levels come in and be taken care of just as well, including a person with accessibility issues who was very graciously accomodated. It's an almost unexpected level of competence, business knowledge, care and professionalism I'm referencing here in this review that you too can experience here, and you will not leave disappointed if you are willing to listen to the expert. If you're reading this, you should come here first and be very comfortable to spend your money and time with this Metro location because they know what they're doing and they truly will give it to you straight (in the best way) and take care of you for issues big and small.
